The Paradigms team has implemented and managed a number of Management Development Programmes for clients.
Typically these are held over a period of a year following careful selection. They including a series of business development modules presented by senior executives and specialists. Alongside these individuals carry out research projects addressing real business issues. These projects are designed to stretch delegates and expose them to different parts of the business.
