Leadership & Team Building

Many people are put off by very physically stretching activity. We specialise in providing a variety of problem solving, leadership and teambuilding activities which are designed for the capabilities of the delegates. Individuals are not pressurised to attempt anything which is beyond their physical ability. Programmes are designed to stretch not stress.

A variety of different experiences and venues can be used, ranging from programmes based at hotels using garden activities, on boats, 4 x 4 off-road activity to totally self-catering events. If more physically challenging activities are required these can be organised using suitably qualified outdoor instructors.

We can also provide and transport outdoor equipment to any venue of the client’s choice.
