Chris Bushnell

PARADIGMS Ltd. is run by Chris Bushnell who has over 30 years experience in operational management, human resource management and management development and training. His management and personnel experience has mainly been in the service and leisure sectors, working with Bass Charrington and Allied Breweries as Manpower Planning and Training Executive. His qualifications include a degree in business studies and membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Paradigms Ltd. has ability to call on a number of independent associates. This means that Paradigms can provide a flexible approach and include a wide variety of specialisms, skills and experience for specific projects.

Charles Mann (Associate)

Charles Mann has worked for 18 years as an independent consultant. His clients cover a range of organisations both large and small in the private and public sectors.
Much of his work has been helping organisations implement change with particular emphasis on understanding organisation culture.
He also specialises in Relationship Building programmes within companies and between clients and their customers, suppliers and investors.

Before this he worked for thirteen years with United Biscuits plc. where he held senior H.R. and Management Development roles. He is a member of the CIPD

Graham Haynes (Associate)

Graham is an innovative and experienced personal and organisational change consultant and coach.
